My sister Tiana wondered if the toadbone demons' claim that they were pregnant was a joke, either on their part or mine. I don't know. It seemed right to me at the time and I think I had some hope that someone might delight in the silliness of such a statement. It might be more confusing that amusing though. Anyways, be warned.
